Terms and Conditions – alanodt2 Platform Rules

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the alanodt2 platform — including the website, Android app, sports betting section, casino, slots, and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of alanodt2 regardless of how they access the platform. They cover your registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, betting and gaming activity, participation in bonuses and promotions, and your general conduct on the platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you also confirm that the other person meets all eligibility requirements and has consented to these terms.

Your continued use of alanodt2 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. alanodt2 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the current version will always be available on this page.

02. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use alanodt2 you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. alanodt2 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit underage use under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently closed on alanodt2.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of alanodt2 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are registering with accurate personal details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Each person is permitted to hold one account on alanodt2. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

03. Account Rules

Your alanodt2 account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. alanodt2 will never ask you to share your password through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you should update your password immediately and notify alanodt2 support.

All personal information provided during registration must remain accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or other account information changes, you are responsible for updating those details promptly. Accounts with outdated information may face delays on withdrawal processing.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Account sharing with other individuals is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with alanodt2 is prohibited.
• Account credentials must not be used for commercial purposes or transferred to any third party.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on alanodt2 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. alanodt2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside of alanodt2's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Before processing a withdrawal, alanodt2 may request documentation to verify your identity and confirm ownership of the payment method. This is a standard procedure and applies to all withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the banking section of your account.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 5.
• alanodt2 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification or investigation of irregular activity.
• Deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be returned and the bet proceeds voided.

alanodt2 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. PKR balances are not interest-bearing.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

alanodt2 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. Each offer is subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and count toward your account balance once the relevant qualifying conditions are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus wagering, after meeting the wagering requirement, may be withdrawn.
• alanodt2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited due to a technical error, system fault, or in circumstances where the offer was exploited in a manner not consistent with good faith participation.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

VIP programme rewards follow the same general principles. Weekly cashback percentages, reload bonus amounts, and priority support access at each VIP tier are communicated within the VIP section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

06. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of alanodt2 covers a range of markets including PSL, T20 internationals, domestic and international cricket, football including the Premier League and other major competitions, esports, and additional sports categories. Pre-match and live in-play betting is available subject to market availability at the time of placing the bet.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on alanodt2:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds change continuously — the odds at the moment you submit your bet slip are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip interface.
• alanodt2 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed on an incorrectly priced market due to a technical error.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out, unless the accumulator includes each-way or special terms.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, alanodt2's settlement rules will follow the governing body's official ruling. Bets on abandoned matches are typically voided and stakes returned, unless a specific result has already been determined per the governing rules.
• alanodt2 does not accept responsibility for bets placed on incorrect markets or incorrect selections made by the user.

Live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and test matches — is available while the match is in progress. Odds update continuously and markets may be suspended at any time during play at alanodt2's discretion. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension remain valid.

07. Casino & Slots

The casino section includes live dealer games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others — alongside a slots library from multiple providers. All casino and slot games are operated by third-party game providers integrated into the alanodt2 platform. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for individual titles are governed by the respective game providers.

• Casino games are games of chance. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels. alanodt2 does not control game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the platform will attempt to resume the game from the point of disconnection. Where resumption is not possible, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's rules and the result recorded accordingly.
• alanodt2 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other circumstances outside of the platform's control during a game session.
• Game results logged by the alanodt2 system are the official record. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a player's device and what is recorded by the server, the server record prevails.

Progressive jackpot games, where available, accumulate a portion of each stake into a prize pool. Jackpot wins are subject to the specific rules of that jackpot game and are paid out as stated in the game terms. Jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and may fluctuate in real time.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on alanodt2 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or account verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or mispricings in markets or game outcomes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information to place bets.
• Attempting to process payments using payment methods that do not belong to you or are obtained through fraud.
• Any form of collusion in live casino games or poker formats.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at alanodt2 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the alanodt2 platform, software, or content.

alanodt2 monitors account activity and betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, alanodt2 may suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice. During an investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. alanodt2 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the alanodt2 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the property of alanodt2 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership or licence over alanodt2's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

• You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from alanodt2 without prior written permission.
• Screen captures or recordings of live casino games may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights over their respective game titles and software.

10. Limitation of Liability

alanodt2 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure reliable, continuous service, alanodt2 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures.
• Internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or device failures on the user's side.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of a user's gaming or betting decisions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

In all cases, alanodt2's maximum liability to any user in respect of a specific incident shall not exceed the net deposit value in the user's PKR account at the time of the incident. Nothing in these terms limits alanodt2's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & Account Closure

alanodt2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged account inactivity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money PKR balances that are confirmed as legitimately deposited funds — not subject to any pending investigation — will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method where possible.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting alanodt2 support. Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tools described in Section 12 rather than full account closure if they prefer to retain the option of returning in the future.

12. Responsible Gaming

alanodt2 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is for adult entertainment only. Sports betting and casino games are not a reliable or predictable source of income. The house edge and betting margins mean that, over time, the platform has a statistical advantage. Players should treat their gaming activity as entertainment spending, not as a financial strategy.

Practical tools available to all registered players include:

13. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a change to the terms, you should stop using alanodt2 and close your account. Outstanding balances will be settled in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the relevant activity occurred.
